Steven is the youngest Bahamian to qualify as a wine and spirit lecturer with WSET at the age of 21. With 40 years in the wine and spirit sector, both locally and internationally, as well as setting up, developing and selling 2 wine and spirit strategic consultancies, he has returned to the Bahamas and is the founding partner in WSG. Utilising his trade knowledge, business acumen and contacts throughout the world, enables WSG to offer our unique proposition to clients, both corporate and private.

Joff has over 25 years' experience working on some of the worlds biggest drinks brands, enabling us to draw on his vast experience of brand positioning, marketing
and maintaining brand identity.
Previous clients have included Diageo, William Grant and Molson Coors for whom he, and his team, have produced fully integrated global marketing campaigns.
Melanie Williams
Sales and Marketing specialist
Started her career in one of the largest international wine and spirit companies - now Diageo - as well as its partnering wine merchant, working on new product placement and business development, as well as analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Melanie has over 20 years´ experience selling and marketing global wine and spirit brands, evaluating market trends and identifying business opportunities.
Andy Macdonald Lockhart
Andy started his career in Wine at the age of 16 in the cellars and pressing houses of Champagne. This naturally lead on to other harvests around the world gathering as much experience as possible before joining the businesses of Justerini & Brooks and Diageo for 20 years.
